I know what it’s like to feel out of sync. I also know how to fix it.

My job now? To help you find your own flow.

From Burnout to Blueprint

For years, I pushed through. I worked out harder, ate less, and still wondered why I felt exhausted, bloated, anxious, and inflamed. I thought I was lazy. I thought maybe this was just how my body was supposed to feel.

Then came my PCOS diagnosis in 2022 and suddenly everything clicked. The burnout, the breakouts, the brain fog… they weren’t random. They were my body waving a flag, trying to tell me something. I just hadn’t learned how to listen yet.

I realised I’d been training, eating, and living in a system that was never designed for the female body. I was following the same “linear” fitness advice that worked for men, expecting it to work for me and wondering why it never did.

The Shifty

Learning the language of my body

Once I started mapping my workouts, nutrition, and self-care to my hormonal blueprint, everything changed. My strength grew. My skin cleared. My focus sharpened. But most importantly, I built back the self trust I thought I’d lost.

And I realised I wasn’t alone. Millions of women are stuck in the same loop - chasing results in a world that’s only ever taught them to push harder, ignore their signals, and override their own rhythm.

Sync with Georgia is my answer to that gap. It’s not about more discipline or endless motivation. It’s about more intelligence;

  • somatic intelligence,

  • hormonal intelligence,

  • energetic intelligence.

What started as the Pilates with Georgia app has grown into Sync with Georgia, a women’s fitness app focused on strength, hormones, and long term wellbeing.

A few of my favorite things…

A woman practicing yoga, sitting cross-legged with arms raised above head, in a well-lit studio with sunlight and shadows on the white wall, outlined with a graphic border. Text reads 'pilates (obvio)' in green cursive.
A brown dog swimming in the ocean during sunset or sunrise.
A glass of iced matcha latte with green tea color and ice cubes, placed on a white surface next to black sunglasses and a book or menu.

Previously known as Pilates with Georgia, Sync with Georgia is the updated women’s fitness app designed to support hormones, consistency, and sustainable strength.

Sync with Georgia builds on the foundations of the Pilates with Georgia app, offering a more holistic approach to women’s fitness and wellbeing.

Sync with Georgia is a women’s fitness app offering Pilates based strength, low impact workouts, hormone supportive movement, and nervous system calming rituals designed to help women stay consistent without burnout.
